No, you can browse the website without registering and can add items to your trolley and it will still be there when you come back to the site later.

Even for purchasing, you would have to fill out a form every time you make anew purchase but won’t have to necessarily make an account to make any purchase.

Once you have any design to cart and are ready to make the purchase, click on the cart icon at the top right section of the screen and click on the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button.

If you are a returning customer, i.e., have already registered to USADigitizings, you can login in by clicking on the returning customer tab if you are logged in already. By already being registered, and if the billing information has already been saved, you can accept the terms and conditions and move on to the payment section.

You can avail discounts by using the available coupon codes by filling in the cope code as shown below on the billing form page as well.

If you are a new or unregistered customer, you would have to fill the Billing Form and can create an account in the process as well to enable you to make future purchases without having to fill in the form again. Then accept the terms and conditions on the right and click on the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.

Then you will be moved on to our secure payment partner’s (PayPal) secure payment page. Review your purchase again, select the payment method you prefer (both PayPal and Credit cards option being available) and fill in your payment details carefully and click on the ‘PURCHASE’ button once done so.

Upon submission and after going through the process, you will be moved onto the confirmation page and delivered a confirmation email along with another email containing the download links for the purchased embroidery/vector/t-shirt designs.

All the advertised designs on USADigitizings are machine embroidery design files/ digital files that are to be downloaded and then loaded onto your embroidery machines to embroider.

These are NOT embroidery patches that will be delivered to you physically.

For vector orders these will be vector files only and will not be delivered to the purchaser physically.

Upon successful transaction, an email containing the download links for the purchased embroidery designs will be delivered to you at your email address that you used during the checkout.

Alternatively, you can view and download your purchased designs from “My Downloads” section on your My Account page as many times as you want, hence you can download your purchased design unlimited number of times.

You can use these embroidery designs for any personal embroidery need of yours. You can make a personal copy as well for backup however you would be able to download the purchased design from ‘My Account’ page after logging in as well.

These designs can be used for commercial uses as well/ can be embroidered on garments to be sold further.

You cannot sell/ share or trade with the digital embroidery/vector designs themselves in any capacity or any way.

You cannot upload these designs to other file sharing or hosting website, free or otherwise.

You cannot claim ownership of these designs by changing them in any shape or form or use part(s) of the design to create any other digital embroidery/vector file.

You cannot create designs for large commercial use, i.e. mass production, unless spoken to us and have our seal of approval.

The delivered designs will be in a Zip file which is to be extracted onto your computer before using. If unclear about the unzipping process, use any search engine to look up ‘how to unzip a .zip file’ as the zip files are not supported by the embroidery machines directly. Henceforth, we are not to be held liable if any project go askew because of the inability to use the files effectively.

Still, if need be, get in contact with us and we will try to get back as soon as possible for you.

Integrity of the design and the overall appeal of it might be comprised if the design or the format is altered in any way and USADigitizings cannot be held accountable for faulty designs if the designs are altered or reformatted by the customers themselves.

Yes, there is an option for customers for being able to buy these designs at discounted wholesale rates. Get in contact with us to know more about the wholesale rates as the price becomes negotiable dependent on the volume of the order.

Yes, we do accept customized digitizing offers. Contact us right away with your design requirements and design and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

As the designs are digital, we would not offer a refund after the design is purchased and delivered.

UNLESS (and only if) the file you receive is damaged, hence unreadable, or not as stated within the description. If that is the unfortunate case, please get in touch with us right away.

Once a designed is delivered, we won’t be able to exchange the design itself.

If the glitch is because of the design and something amiss with the design file, please get in touch with us right away.

General Inquiries About Our Embroidery Digitizing Services

Our charge is dependent on the stitch count of the final digitized design file.

Basic Digitizing Rates

$14.9 Flat rate (under 5 inches and/or under 10,000 stitches).
After 10,000 stitches $1.49 per thousand stitches
Note: No extra or hidden charges for minor editing & sew out.

Basic Vectorization Rates

Vector: $10 – $75

dependent on the complexity of the source image provided.

The image formats we accept for embroidery digitizing are;

BMP, DXF, EMF, EPS, GIF, JPEG, PCX, PNG, PSD, TIFF, WMF and PDF.

If you have a source image in other format than the aforementioned, please contact us before going through with the ordering process.

We provide the following Embroidery formats;

CND, CSD, DSB, DST, DSZ, EMB, EMT, EXP, HUS, JEF, KSM, PCD, PCQ, PCS, PEC, PES, SEW, T01, T03, T04, T05, T09, TAP and XXX.

Unless instructed to do otherwise, we will mail your digitized logos in DST format. We will also send a sewout image via email, for your consent before sending the actual digitized file.

Before placing any order for other than the mentioned format requirements, please contact us right away and our diligent digitizers will be more then elated to help.

Following embroidery machines follow the formats provided by us;

Tajima, Barudan, Melco, Toyota, Zsk, SWF and Happy.

We are known for having the fastest turnaround within the industry, digitized designs within 3 – 12 hours of the order being placed. For rush orders, your design can be provided to you within the 1 – 8 hours of being order being placed with all the required information.

Free Price Estimate

Register for free at USADIGITIZINGS.COM by completing a simple form and activating your personal account. Send us the artwork and your detailed requirement specifications and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also email or fax us your artwork and design details.

You can send us existing sew outs, pictures, drawings and sketches or can also send us an image of your logo scanned from business stationery or other such sources.

We try our best to give you a price estimate within the 12-24 hours of the quote request received and also if we have the artwork and all pertinent the information from your side.

The quote is valid for 30 days, from the day it was provided.

For your fist trail, you would have to pay the $5 which would both serve as payment and a method of account verification as well.

After that, we can negotiate and set up payments plan ranging from 2-4 weeks payment pans.

Placing An Order

After registration and verification, you can place the order by using the dashboard after logging in. You will also receive a welcome email explain this process in detail.

Registering On The USADigitizings Website

You can register for free on our website by completing a simple form and activating your profile by clicking on the link sent for confirmation, on the email provided during the registration process.

After you register, you can login to your account and request a free quote, place orders, submit artwork, make payments, follow-up your order and receive virtual delivery of your design.

Delivery Of Digitized Embroidery Logos

You will receive the digitized embroidery file within 12-24 hours of the order being placed (if given enough instructions to start the process right away).

Once your design is ready to download, log in and click on the ‘Orders’ and then can download the file by clicking the ‘download file’, next to the design you ordered, on the page.

Also, you can ask for the design to be sent to you via email.

Editing Of Digitized Logos

Changes can be made to existing digitized embroidery files.

For simple revisions, we do not charge anything. However for complex edits (if it is something different from what was originally requested and quoted) we charge a fee dependent on the complexity of the requested change.

Other Common Questions About Our Custom Digitizing Services

Yes, we will try to clean it up to be used within the digitizing process.

As soon as the payment is received, a confirmation email is sent to the customer acknowledging the payment.

Time depend on the design submitted to either digitize or vectorize and complex designs would definitely take longer than the simpler designs, however customer is made aware about the approximate time when he or she submits their design.

Yes, your logo or design can be digitized for the lettering section only.

Yes, all the digitized designs go through testing phase, including test embroidering, of which a sew out is also provided to the customer.

Yes, our embroidery digitizers and expert support staff will be glad to advise and help you in any way possible.

Yes, you can request slight variations of your digitized embroidered designs.

Certainly, if there is no editing or test stitching required for the additional size(s), then you can request ONE additional size at no extra charge.  Subsequent additional size requests will be charged.

You can download the archived designs by clicking on the ‘Orders’ and then can download the file by clicking the ‘download file’ next to the design you want to download.

Moreover, you can contact support@usadigitizings.com and request your archived designs to be emailed to you directly.

Yes, we accept vector format artwork for embroidery digitizing as well.
